Physical Fitness Assessment Grades 3-12

THE RIGHT OF PARENTS TO REQUEST THEIR CHILD’S PHYSICAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT RESULTS

Dublin ISD will conduct physical fitness assessment of students in grades 3-12 who are enrolled in Physical Education.  Parents may submit a written request to obtain the results of his or her child at the end of the school year. Please send request to your child's campus office.
