Lathes is married to Bill Towns and is the proud parent of two daughters, Chelsey and Tara.  Chelsey served as DHS 2006 Valedictorian and graduated from Texas A&M Graduate Class of 2010.  Tara is a DHS Graduate 2008, received a four year athletic scholarship from Tarleton, and is participating in Tarleton's Nursing Program.  Lathes holds a BA Education and a MEd Education Administration from Tarleton State University.  Lathes serves as the Director of Tarleton's Transition & Family Relations Program, which is a part of the Division of Student Life. Lathes is serving her second term as a DISD Board Member.  

Mr. Mike Jurney

Adrianne graduated for Dublin ISD in 1976 and has been a resident of Dublin, TX the majority of her life as well as her parents and grandparents.  She is married to Ron Fails for 33 wonderful years and has two sons Brad and Brett, which are proud graduates of Dublin Independent School District.  Ron works at FMC Technologies in Stephenville, TX as Safety/Health/Security Manager for the Stephenville site for the last 28 years and is responsible for sites across the United States and internationally.  Currently Brad opened a chiropractic office in Grapevine, Texas after graduating from Tarleton State University and Parker Chiropractic College in Dallas, Texas.  Brett graduated from Texas A&M University with his bachelor’s degree and just completed his Master’s degree at Texas State University and is currently employed with a large advertising agency and marketing company in Austin, TX.  Adrianne is an active member of the Greens Creek Methodist Church, board member of the Dublin Rodeo Heritage Museum, office manager and purchasing agent for Stephenville ISD Technology Department for last 13 years and with the district 17 years.  At this time, she is finishing her degree at TSU in the field of Education 4-8 Science.  Mrs. Fails can be reached at adriannefails@gmail.com.
