Dr. Rodney Schneider grew up in Fargo, North Dakota and received his Bachelor of Science degree in social studies and composite science from North Dakota State University, his Masters Degree in Education from Sul Ross State University, and his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Texas Tech.  He was a coach and teacher in Raymondville and Ozona.  He was a principal at Ira ISD, and has served as the superintendent at Whitharral, Plemmons-Stinnett-Phillips, and O’Donnell.  Dr. Schneider is married to Chesta Schneider, the counselor at Dublin Intermediate School.  They have three children.   Shelby and Jesse teach and coach in Iraan, Emily teaches in San Angelo, and Chet works for Kinder-Morgan in Iraan.  They have four grandchildren – Jalen, 15; Brooke, 9; Tanner, 6; and Raelee, 5.

Vicky Stone received her BA and MED from Tarleton State University. She began her teaching career in Dublin during 1977 and has taught at the junior high and high school campuses. She was appointed Dublin Intermediate School principal in 1999 and appointed High School Principal in 2001. Vicky is married to Gary and they have two children.
